We hope you can join us for Re:Group - our Community Group Leader Kick-off as we prepare for a new season of groups.

What is happening at Northridge and what will church and groups look like this winter? How are we supposed to lead and care for our groups in this unique season?

That's what we'll be talking about at our Re:Group Community Group Leader Winter Kickoff.

We will be holding 2 identical online kickoff events you can choose from:

• Tuesday, January 5th from 6:30-7:30pm

• Thursday, January 7th from 8:00-9:00pm

Each online event will include 2 parts:

Part 1 - Conversation with Drew, Jason, and Aaron

• Drew Karschner, Jason DeGraaff, and Aaron Hixson will discuss what happened and what we learned in 2020 at Northridge and in our Community Groups, and talk through where we are headed in 2021.

• We hope it will widen our perspective and give us fresh ideas as we plan ahead for leading groups in 2021.

Part 2 - Q&A

A zoom chat will be hosted by your coach where you can ask questions, share ideas, and interact with other Group Leaders.
