Why is Finding God's Will So Hard?

Is the weekly routine growing stale? Here are 10 ideas to change up your group this week.

This sermon discussion is a great opportunity to share with each other hard decisions you are wrestling with and to pray for each other.

If there are decisions you’d like further input into for yourself, or your group members, make sure to reach out to your Group Coach or a staff member at Northridge. We’d love to talk and pray with you as you wrestle with them!

We have 4 weeks left of the Spring Community Group Trimester.

This is our last week of the series, Questions, Answer, and the Things We Will Never Know.

Demo Day

Included below are Week 1 details to cover with your group, like the group agreement, volunteer schedules, growth goal ideas, and an overview of how groups work to help new people get acquainted with group. The notes also include the sermon discussion questions for this week.

You may also want to just spend this week catching up and discussing your groups plans for this trimester, especially if your group plans will look different than a typical trimester.

Those Fearful People: Goosebumps

THIS IS THE LAST WEEK OF THE GROUP TRIMESTER. TAKE SOME TIME AT THE END OF GROUP IN PRAYER TIME TO ASK EACH OTHER HOW YOU ARE EACH DOING AT ACCOMPLISHING THE GROWTH GOALS YOU SET AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TRIMESTER.

ALSO, TAKE SOME TIME TO PASS OUT END OF TRIMESTER FEEDBACK FORMS, OR HAND OUT 3X5 CARDS FOR GROUP MEMBERS TO SHARE THEIR FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS ABOUT THEIR GROUP EXPERIENCE THIS YEAR. THIS WILL BE HELPFUL FOR YOU AS LEADERS TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ADJUSTMENTS WHEN GROUPS BEGIN AGAIN.
